Fearing that the PN would not let go of power if they lose the election, the PL has been trying to strike a hidden deal with powerful elements in all three forces to occupy strategic positions the moment they are elected.
It appears that the navy has already signed off on the deal. Expert observers of its movements noted that a particular patrol boat has been visibly circling the islands throughout the day.
It is the P51. Experts are interpreting this as a coded message that the navy is already supporting Joseph Muscat's 51 proposals.
More breaking news will be reported the moment it reaches Bondiblog's newsroom.

I don't know what is funnier: your tongue-in-cheek reference to 51 or the assertion that we have a navy.
Our Toni would have a fit with all those sailors snapping at his heels. YMCA anyone?
If what you write is intended as a joke,I can assure it is in a very bad taste,if on the other hand what you say is meant to alarm the people,I think it is a criminal offence and I would expect you to retreat it.
@ Silvio - I despair
Well, it seems that economics and humour are not really your forte!
This comment comes from a person that has voted Nationalists in past elections, and plans on voting Nationalists in the coming elections.
The more "wannabes" like yourself talk, the more harm is done to PN.
Lighten up people - just treat the post like it was intended to be taken.
The magic number. 51.
since 1987, they've lost 5 elections, does it mean there's another 1 before Nirvana?
Lou,
What PL supporters might retort is that a more appropriate naval image which the number of proposals could evoke is that of U-51, about to sink the PN "destroyer".
Labour have always been envious of the PN and secretly wanted to emulate them.
It is why Joseph Muscat is preparing to launch his own Club51.
Manuel, with all Muscat's U-turns, U-51 seems very appropriate.
