One billion. Minus ... and plus

Between the early 1970s when prime minister Dom Mintoff nationalised the Malta Drydocks until a couple of years ago when they were shut down and privatised, this 'enterprise' lost €1 billion. That's €1000,000,000 of your and your parents' money down the tube.

From 2004 until 2013, Malta got and will be getting the exact same amount from the European Union. That's €1000,000,000 up the tube, not down it.

Get's you thinking doesn't it?

Judging by what got said in tonight's TALK on Smash TV, you seem to scare the living daylights out of some middle- aged wanna-be you invite as guests during your programs. From their looks of sheer terror one would have thought that you start levitating on your chair whilst rotating your head a full 360 degrees during your show. :)

interesting that the PN was in government, and hence resposible for MDD, for more than 22 years during which this massive loss was accumulated.
