And the plot thickens

Joseph Magro: was he offered money to show his face?
Today's The Malta Independent reports that Karl Stagno Navarra, a Malta Today journalist, totally denies that he ever offered money to Lawrence Grech for an interview to be aired on Al Jazeera.

He also denies offering money to another victim, Joseph Magro, to show his face on camera for the first time. Joseph Magro did in fact show his face for the first time on Al Jazeera.

Interesting. So who is telling the truth? Malta Today's Karl Stagno Navarra or Malta Today's Saviour Balzan who is saying that he believes Lawrence Grech when he says that he was offered money?

The plot thickens.

well, if the laws of probabality are to be applied, if Lawrence did not tell the truth about you, he is also not telling the truth about KSN.

That means that SB is either an idiot or has ulterior motives.

Compulsive lying is a psychological disorder that needs professional help.

@anonymous: do you mean Saviour Balzan needs professional help?

Oh, sorry: my mistake. You probably menat Lawrence Grech ... or perhaps both.

Forgive me for making light of this affair: I shouldn't since it is turning a painful story into a farce and the "victims" are rapidly losing all shreds of credibility. They should quickly shut up, count their real friends and seek advice from people who were never involved in this affair.

The case of Stauss Kahn was DISMISSED because the accuser was considered a LIAR. Is not Lawrence Grech a confirmed liar? Who is going to believe him? How can anyone trust Grech once time and time again he was caught saying lies?
His case should be DISMISSED and his hunger for a money compensation DISMISSED too!
