So here is what you need to know.
Someone at Super One had what they thought was a brilliant idea - take a group of 'personalities' to Comino for three days, film them roughing it 24/7 and ask viewers to phone money in.
Comino in December is not quite Alaska, but never mind. Called Izolati, I was forced to watch it because Rachel is a total bad TV junkie, irritainment she calls it.
Julia Farrugia was one of the 'personalities' raising money for Super One TV. Here she is in the above pic preparing for the big adventure. One of the tasks set for Julia and her friends was to take a dip in the December sea.

Note how Ms Farrugia describes her journaltic principles - "Wicc imb wicc ... biex tohrog l-aspett sabih ta' Ms Kelly. Nibda xi haga aggressive imbaghad I tone it down biex nohrog is-sabih taghha".
That is exactly how she treated Joe Mizzi, the PBS chairman, right?

Say thank you to Rachel - I was trying to find a proper word for these type of shows, now I found it (irritainment!).
